Refund and Returns Policy

Our products are all fabricated (many with jigs), powder coated and inspected in house  to ensure proper fitment and flawless finishes.  However, we are aware that there is room for error, so if you run into any fitment or finish issues at all don’t hesitate to reach out to us directly so we can figure out a solution for you right away.

In order to be eligible for a return/refund;

  • You must have a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • The product must have been purchased within 30 days.
  • Merchandise must be in perfect unused condition and in its original packaging.
  • We must receive the product back before the exchange or refund will be processed.

 

You may not be eligible for a return/refund if:

  • The product was made to your specifications or clearly personalized.

 

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

 

Only regular priced merchandise may be refunded, unfortunately merchandise purchased on sale cannot be refunded.

 

Return Policy

Our return policy is good for 30 days.  The policy begins on the date of purchase for products that have been physically picked up or the date delivered for products that are shipped.

 

In order for your purchase to be eligible for a refund the merchandise must be new – in perfect unused condition, in its original packaging and include all applicable installation hardware.  

 

Please note that only partial refunds will be issued if the product is damaged, improperly packaged or missing any components.

 

Refund Policy 

Once we have received your returned product and inspected it, we will notify you via the email you provided whether or not the refund has been approved.  

If the return is approved your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days and be credited via the original payment method.

All returns/exchanges must be delivered to our shop located at:

Please note that you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the product and shipping costs are non-refundable.  If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund

 

Exchange Policy (If Applicable)

We only offer exchanges on products if they are defective or damaged.  If your product is defective or damaged and you would like to exchange it for another of the same product you can contact us directly at [email protected] to begin the exchange process.  Please be sure to include photos if possible.
