Add next level protection to the front section of your Arctic Cat monorail with our Remer’s Renderings Rail Brace.

Our Arctic Cat rail braces are the first true “full” rail brace on the market for the alpha one mono rail. Our design caps the upper section of the front and rear of the rail and ties into the center and rear castings where they are well known to crack.  Stainless rivets are supplied with these kits for the strongest hold. Make this the first and the last brace kit you buy for your Alpha.

Materials Used:

5052 3/16 Aluminum Plate

Building Process:

All our rail braces are meticulously crafted in-house at our East Kootenay’s shop in British Columbia, Canada. Utilizing advanced CNC cutting, each aluminum plate is expertly prepped for precise TIG welding, ensuring exceptional quality and durability for your sled.

Powder Coat:

Our standard practice involves in-house powder coating for our bumpers, but if you prefer, we can also provide raw aluminum bumpers upon request. In our workshop, we exclusively use Prismatic Powders products, ensuring top-notch quality. The most common colour-matched selection is listed above, but for more personalized options, you can explore additional custom colours on the Prismatic Powders website. Please note that custom colours are available upon request and may incur an additional cost.
